3 Steps To Achieve Anything In Life
Have you ever set yourself a goal, but still struggled, or even failed to achieve it?

I often work with clients who know what they want, but don’t seem to be able to achieve it.
This is often because of lack of clarity, they are experiencing some kind of mindset resistance that is preventing them from attaining what they want.
So I have 3 questions you can ask yourself, to help break down any resistance and gain absolute clarity for achieving anything you want.
I call these the 3 w’s
The First W is Where – Where are you now, if you take a snap shot of your life, where are you now. This is important, because If you don’t know where you are starting from, how you can start moving to what you want effectively.
The second W is What – What do you actually want – If you could wave a magic wand, what would you like to achieve, accomplish and enjoy?
Think of this as your opportunity to programme your minds inner Sat Nav/GPS for what you actually want. There would be no point programming it for where you don’t want to go. You need to decide and get clear on what you actually want.
The third W Is Why – why do you want to achieve it?
This is the charge, the emotional fuels to make it happen, without a clear enough incentive and purpose to change, our mind with take the path of least resistance and keep doing what it’s always done, in order to change, or achieve anything your need to fuel your mind for change. Otherwise it would be like sitting in your car, with the sat nav/gps is programmed for your destination of choice, you’re packed, you’re ready, you’re looking forward to the journey ahead, but you have no fuel in the tank to get you there, its frustrating!
This is like goal setting and why most people fail, resistance to doing or achieving anything is always because of lack of clarity.
Your Action step for today…
Get a pen and paper, ask yourself these 3 questions and write down your answers, this will help you gain even greater clarity, than just thinking about your answers.
So anytime, you’re struggling or unsure if a goal is right for you, ask yourself these 3 questions.
Once you know what and why – you have a purpose, and you can then do things on purpose in the direction towards it.
Choose what you want, commit to it and make it happen!
