Every day is a great opportunity to hit reset, to refocus, to make a fresh start, but the new year is an ideal time to focus on your intentions, plans and aspirations.

Now you’ve done that, it’s time to focus on your intentions, plans and aspirations for the new year ahead.
In this week’s video I share how you can get ready to make the new year, your best year yet!
Our resistance to doing and achieving anything, is always because of lack of clarity, how can you achieve your best year yet, if you don’t know what that would look like for you?
It’s often said we get more of what we think about, so allow yourself some time to think, picture and imagine about the things you actually want.
Allow yourself some time to get clear on what you want to enjoy, experience and achieve in the next 12 months. Maybe break it down into the next 3 months, 6 months, 9 months & then 12 months.
Your actions either move you closer, or further away from the things and the life that you want. You can ask yourself these 3 questions to keep your actions focused and on track and help yourself achieve your best year yet…

Whether you’re watching this in early January, or any other time of year, if you’re ready to make any change, or improvement, you can utilise this same process regardless of what the date is.
Your action from this video is to ask yourself;
1 – How best can I make 2019 my best year yet?
2 – Create your top 5 Do list and focus on doing the actions that will help make it happen!
3 – Take Action – ask yourself “What action can I take, that my future self will thank me for?”
You may also find it helpful to break you plans and actions down and choose a focus for the next 28 days. You could set yourself a 28 Day Challenge and make the commitment to do something every day for the next 28 days, that will move you closer to your goals for 2019!
