Is there a goal you would like to accomplish?
Is there something you would like to achieve?
Is there a positive habit you would like to develop, a positive difference you would like to make in your life?
Coming up I’m going to share with you how you can take action to help make it happen,
Previously I’ve shared with you the benefit of getting clear on what you want, creating a focus and vision for 10 years and then working backwards to your 12 month vision.
But to really help you get focused and take consist daily action, I’d like you top break it down even more and focus on the next month, or more precisely the next 28 days.
Set yourself a 28 day focus, or 28 day challenge.
Ask yourself, what’s the next step, what can you do in the next 28 days, to move you closer to your goal/vision.
Now imagine how much progress you can make if you do this every month, set yourself a new focus, a new challenge every month, that will move your closer towards your bigger goals/vision for you life.
You can even come up with a focus statement, like a mantra/affirmation to symbolize the focus for the month ahead.
Then picture, imagine and say that to yourself, to help keep you on track, to motivate yourself and give you a lift you when you need it.
The time will pass anywhere, so decide how best you can make the most of it!
Don’t wait for the perfect time, make it happen, small changes and improvements every day will make a massive difference to you and your life, so just do it!
Either you can put it off for one day, or you can make today day one, either way it’s your choice!
Choose, Commit and just do it!
It’s your life you can do it, go on make it happen!
Remember – What your mind believes you will achieve – so think differently, believe in yourself, take action and you can achieve the life you want!
