Wow, that’s the 1st month of 2017 complete already, I don’t know about you, but that has whizzed by in a blur!
Someone today described January like the Monday of the year, like retuning after the weekend, it can feel a bit slow and take a while to get going.
Regardless of how your year has started, are you ready to kick start 2017 and really start making some positive progress, towards making 2017 your best year yet?
By now most New Year’s resolutions have failed, huge congratulations if you’ve achieved and continued with yours.
Instead of worrying about the whole year, focus just on the next 28 days, it’s amazing what you can achieve with small shifts and changes, they can lead to some really big impacts.
But it’s now time to get clarity, choose and commit for the next month, the next 28 days of 2017.
You have 28 Days in February, that’s 672 hours or 40320 minutes, how best can you make the most of yours?
We are what we repeatedly do, so make sure you’re doing things on purpose, with a positive intention.
Imagine if you set yourself a new focus, a new goal, a new challenge every month, that would mean at the end of the year, you will have 11 new accomplishments, not to mention the positive impact this will have on your confidence and self esteem, knowing you’re achieving what you set your mind out to do.
If you don’t decide and commit to live your life on purpose, the rest of 2017 will just continue to whiz past by chance.
“If you don’t know exactly where you’re going, how will you know when you get there?”
So don’t leave it to chance take control and live your life with purpose, towards the life and the things you want.
You could still set some big goals for the whole year and each 28 days can lead you towards it, or you can just set standalone challenges for yourself every 28 days, it’s your choice.
But whatever you choose to do, do it on purpose!
Do good things and good things will happen.
