We Are What We Repeatedly Do

This is true of everything, success, happiness,  fitness, wealth/debt, they’re all a results of what we consistently do, our habits, good, bad positive or negative, our life is created not by the things we do once in a while, but the things we do on consistent basis.

Our fitness doesn’t come from going for a run once, or attending the gym once in a while.

An athlete doesn’t improve their performance from one practice/coaching session.

Our weight doesn’t go up or down from changing our eating and drinking habits for a day or two, it’s a results of what we eat and drink consistently.

Our wealth or debt is a result of our consistent spending and or saving habits.

The book doesn’t get read just by buying it, you have to read consistently until you finish.
