Most smokers have tried many times on their own to stop, only to find it too difficult and end up going back to the habit. This is because most of the time they neglect, or overlook their mindset!
This is the number one mistake people make when trying to stop smoking.
Your mindset is the way we think and feel, and behave, it’s our habits, the associations and triggers surrounding smoking.
So, unless you change your mind and your mindset about smoking you are unlikely to stop smoking for good.
I’ve helped countless personal clients over the year, that have struggled to stop smoking on their own.
Logically and intellectually they know the dangers of smoking, they’ve reached a point where they’re not enjoying it or they no longer want to smoke, yet they don’t seem to be able to stop smoking or stay stopped!
And that’s because of the years of conditioning, the triggers and smoking mindset created around smoking.
So, if you’re ready and really want to stop smoking, you may just need to consider the importance and the power of your mindset.
Once you are more aware of your mind works and how you can change it. then you can go about make permanent last change for the better.

But simply, your subconscious mind holds and runs your programming, so when you have spent years doing something and then decide to change, you have this inner conflict between your conscious and subconscious. And ultimately your subconscious will win.
So, in order to change, you must make the change to your minds programming.
