Have you ever want to make a change or achieve something in your life but felt completely overwhelmed by the size of the task ahead, coming up I’ll share with you a very simple strategy and solution to help you make it happen!
Would you like to know how you can make continuous change for the better?
We are what we repeatedly do, everything we do is a result of the action or the inaction we take.
Our life experience is based upon the actions we take.
I often speak with people who say they know what they want, but they just don’t seem to be able to it, often because they feel over whelmed by the size of the goal a head.
So the simple solution is to break it down into small steps and and make the commitment to do it one step at a time.
And adopt a CANI attitude, Constant and Neverending Improvement, this is based on the Japense term Kaizen, meaning a continuous change for the better.
How can you apply this to your life, your growth, your achievements, your personal development?
Instead at focusing on the big picture, and all the different steps, you simply need to commit to making at least a 1% improvement every day. That’s all just 1%, yes you can make greater improvements, but if you can commit to just 1% every day the compounding results are so powerful.
I think you will agree a small 1% is more than possible!
How much of a difference will a 1% improvement every day really make?
Well, If you make a 1% improvement every day, it would be an increase of 3778% over a year, meaning you would be 38 times better off compared to when you started, surely that’s got to be worth the investment!
The good news is you don’t have to wait a year to get the benefits, you with start to reap the rewards as you go along.
So Your action for today is to choose and decide one area of your life you want to improve, one goal you’d like to work towards
And every day ask yourself
What’s the 1% Improvement I will make today?
What 1 step can I complete today that will get me closer to achieving my goal of…?
Remember small changes and improvements every day will make a massive difference to you and your life, and action will always beat inaction every time!
And then just get started and make it happen, 1 step at a time!
Remember What your mind believes you will achieve – so think differently, believe in yourself, take action and achieve the life you want!
