Why Is It So Hard To Lose Weight?

Most people trying to lose weight have painfully tried everything, the latest diet and fashionable trend, only to lose weight and then put it back on again.

This is because most of the time we often neglect or overlook our mindset…
This is the number 1 mistake people make when trying to lose weight.

Your mindset is the way we think and feel, our habits, and all the associations we have surrounding food, drinking, exercise, and our self-image.

So, unless you change the way you think about yourself and the food you eat, you are unlikely to lose weight and keep it off.

I’ve seen countless personal clients over the year, that have struggled to lose weight, yet they know what they should and shouldn’t be doing, they’ve read the books, watched the TV programmes, tried every diet going, consultant with numerous experts, yet they still don’t seem to be able stick to it!
And that because of the years of conditioning, habits and behaviours we have established around food and exercise.

So, if you really are ready to lose weight and feel great you must consider the importance and the power of your mindset.
Once you are more aware of your mind works and how you can change it. then you can go about make permanent last change for the better.

But simply subconscious mind acts like your programming, so when you have spent years doing something and then decide to change, you have this inner conflict between your conscious and subconscious. And ultimately your subconscious will win.

There are many different ways to re-programme mind here are just a couple;

Repetition – Repetition is the mother of all mastery, so let’s not overlook the power of repetition, conscious effort, will power, and sheer determination. You absolutely can re-programme your mind this way. It just usually takes longer and more effort.

Mind re- programming – as a hypnotherapist & coach for over 15 years helping individuals in person or through my audio downloads this is my personal favourite, and in my view the most effective, as this aimed and making the change at the subconscious programming level. Rather than just at the conscious level.
