What Will you Achieve?
Everyday is a new opportunity to refocus and go again, but a new month is a particualry good time to set yoruself a new target.
Regardless of when you are watching this, you can use this strategy to help yourself make progress and achieve the goals and the life that you want.
I call this, the 28 Day Challenge.

If you would like to make your month matter and improve one area of your life, join me for your own 28 day challenge.
Simply choose one area of your life you would like to improve in the next 28 days and then commit to taking action every day, for the next 28 days on that one area.
This doesn’t mean you’re going to neglect other areas of your life, it simply means you are choosing to give this one thing, extra focus and attention for the next 28 days.
I appreciate we’re not living through normal times and May is not likely to be a typical month, but this doesn’t mean you can’t make a positive difference, for some this may even be a golden opportunity to make some positive changes.
You may choose to;
Focus on your self care & wellbeing
Increase activity & exercise daily
Do something to help others
Be more present – meditate/listen to one of my audios everyday
Enhance your mind fitness
Improve your confidence, productivity, discipline
Develop a new empowering habit.
Or anything that feels right for you.
