Are your daily routines and habits working for you?
Are they moving you closer towards what you want or are they taking you in the opposite direction of where you want to go and what you want to achieve?

The truth is everything think we think and do is either moving us closer towards what we want or further away from it.
So, what are your daily habits and routines?
Take a couple of moments to think about what you do every day and ask yourself if they are working for you, or not.
And if they’re not, great now you are aware of it, you can change it!
For example, the average person is checking their phone 50+ times a day, and that’s an average, so for some it may be less and for others it may be more (alot more).
If this is one of your daily habits, if so, is it helping you?
If not, maybe it’s time to review your goals, feed your mind with something positive, and spend a moment being present.
The good news is, every day gives us a brand new fresh opportunity to change, to change our thoughts and to change our actions.
First you need to focus, or refocus on what you want to achieve, as I’ve mentioned previously resistance is often because of lack of clarity, we haven’t got clear enough as to what we want and why we want it. so, make sure you get clear on that first.
Then take yourself through these questions that I get my clients to ask themselves.
If you’re not heading in the right direction, or achieving the outcome you want ask yourself…
What do I need to Stop doing?
What do I need to Start doing?
What do I need to Keep doing?
Now you know what to do, make a plan and the commitment to do it, make the changes to your thoughts and your actions, repeat daily and make it happen!
