3 Ways To Build Your Belief In Yourself
Do you lack self-belief, would you like to know how you can believe in yourself more?
Coming up in this episode, I’m going to share with you 3 ways to help you build your belief in yourself.
If you feel like you are holding back, that you’re not achieving your potential, or you’d simply like to strengthen your self-belief I’m going to share with you 3 ways you can help yourself believe in yourself more!

Firstly, I want you to think of your mindset like a muscle you can strengthen. As beneficial as these are if you do them once, you’re going to get the most benefit from doing them consistently, just like achieving and maintaining your physical fitness. Think of these ideas, as ways of developing your minds fitness.
So, here are 3 ways to build your belief in yourself,
1 – Change your focus – Instead if focusing on what you don’t want, focus your mind on what you want and how you want to be.
Picture, imagine, think about what this would be like for you.
When we focus on the negatives, it brings us down and erodes your positive self-belief.
2 – Celebrate, Celebrate and focus on your strengths and achievements, what are you good at, what have you achieved in your life so far. Remind yourself that you can do it.
When you acknowledge your wins, no matter how small, this trains the mind to do more and helps build and charge your self-belief.
Whereas, if you focus on what you’re not doing, or worse comparing yourself to others, (don’t compare yourself to others), it has a negative effect on your self-belief.
3 – Change your mindset – if your really don’t believe in yourself change it.
Sometimes we are running to out of date programming. So, do something every day to re-programme and condition your mind, do it every day and this will help you change your mindset.
Some ideas for you; Reading, Professional coach/therapist listen to one of my programmes, or take one of my courses, watch motivating YouTube videos, listen to podcasts.
Another simple way you can help yourself is to adopt positive language and statements.
I’d like you to come up with 2 or 3 positive statements that you’d like top be true, and use them as affirmations, look at them every day, say them to yourself out loud and in your own mind.
Remember if you want to make a change you, you must decide and commit to it, make e a commitment to do this every day & notice what positive impact it has for you.
