How to Improve Your Approach To Life…
One of my favourite quotes and saying is;
“Life is like a camera. Focus on what’s important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if it doesn’t work out, just take another shot!”
Stay tuned as I share some strategies for how you can apply this to your own life.
Focus on what’s important – get clear and focus on what’s important to you, set goals, set intentions and spend some time every day reflecting on this and focus on it every day.
Also, focus on what’s important by asking yourself what you are grateful for in your life.
Here’s a previpus video all about the the Power of Gratitude –
Capture the good times – keep a journal and record and celebrate the good times, ask yourself the GEL questions every day and reinforce them by writing them down.
To find out more about Journaling watch this video –
Develop from the negatives and set backs, they are part of the journey of life, we can’t predict or control all of these, but it’s how we react and learn from them that matters most.
Again, by asking yourself the L – Learnt question, what have I learnt today? This is a great way of taking any lessons and learnings from a situation, so we can improve and grow.
Which takes us to the next part which is to take another shot.
Learn grow and keep going as you evolve, if you don’t learn you will stay stuck, or continue to make the same mistakes, or stay stuck in the negative cycle you are in.
So why not use this as your approach to life;
– Focus on what’s important.
– Capture the good times.
– Develop from the negatives
– and if it doesn’t work out, just take another shot!
