May Goals – Achieve Your Goals

As we embark on a brand new month, how will you make the most of March?

Before you look towards the new month, I encourage you to first reflect upon how last month went.

Is there anything that you can learn from it?

What did you enjoy?

Look for any lessons or learning’s you can take into the new month a head, have a look at what you can do this month to make May matter.

How can you make the most of May?

We all have the same amount of time, it’s down to you how you choose to take time to do the things that are going to make a positive difference for you.

One of the things I often suggest is that you set yourself a challenge. In my private members club, the Personal Best Club, every month we have a brand new Focus 30, where we take the time to choose one thing to do every single day, that’s going to help us move forward in the direction that we want to move.

Maybe, it’s something that you want to do to help yourself, to look after yourself, to improve something, to achieve something, just choose one thing that you can do that’s going to make a positive difference for you.

So, when you look back and reflect on the end of the month, you can say that you have made progress, that you’ve made momentum in the direction that you want to be moving in, rather than just leaving it to chance.

There’s a saying that says, “the time is going to pass anyway.”

So why not take the time to utilize it in a way that’s beneficial for you?

I’ve previously encouraged in previous episodes to set yourself a 28 day challenge. It’s very similar to the Focus 30, but 28 day fits into any month.

So, just take a couple of moments to think about what one thing can you every day for the next 28 days that’s going to make a positive difference to you in your life.

What is the one thing you can do, that’s going to move you closer to achieving a goal that you want to achieve?

The good news is, you’re not limited to one thing, but if you just reduce the overwhelm and simply choose one thing, then the momentum you gain from doing that, is going to build your confidence, and it’s going to help you to keep taking action long after the 28 days and into the future.

Choose and commit to what you’re going to accomplish, what you’re looking forward to achieving, to help make the most of May.
