I’ve got a question for you, How do you motivate yourself?

If you’d like to discover how you can motivate yourself more, then stay tuned as I share with you 7 simple strategies for how you can motivate yourself more.

There’s a great quote by Zig Ziglar that goes;

“People often say motivation doesn’t last, but neither does bathing, that’s why they recommend it daily!”


So my question to you is, what do you do on a daily basis to motivate yourself?

My experience form working with thousands of clients is the biggest mistake most people make is they leave their motivation to chance, they rely on external factors, people or events to motivate them.

Or even if they do motivate themselves, the other mistake they make, is they don’t do the things consistently enough to help motivate themeselves.

So ask yourself, What things can you do more of in your dailt life to help motivate yourself, without relying on others.

To get you started, here’s 7 very simple ideas, techniques and strategies for how you can motivate yourself more…


  1. Focus, on your own personal vision, set goals and focus and reflect on them everyday


  1. Adopt good, positive habits that motivate you.



  1. Recharge your battery – switch off, rest, relax and recharge your inner batteries


  1. Take purposeful action – break things down into small steps and take deliberate action every day.


  1. Celebrate your wins and success, we get more of what we emotionally charge, so charge your mind to do more of the positive actions.


  1. Get fit and healthy.


  1. Feed your mind with inspiring content, from people, music, books etc.



We are all different, and at different stages, with different outcomes, so I cant tell you the actual steps you need to take, but if your apply these, or some of these 7 strategies to where you are in your life, you will be able to help motivate yourself.

And remember –  What your mind believes you will achieve – so think differently, believe in yourself, take action and achieve the life you want!
