You are enough!!
Do you ever beat yourself up and give yourself a hard time!

One of my mentors used to say something that has always stuck with me and I’ve shared it with many of my clients over the years;
“Who else in the world would you treat as harshly as you treat yourself!”
Think about it, if you spoke to a friend, a colleague, a loved one a stranger the way you talk to yourself, would they take it, would they appreciate, would they stick around for more?
Probably not, but the truth Is the only person you have to truly life with 24/7 is yourself!
So, is it time your started to change your self-talk, the language you use, the tone you use?
Put another way, if you were employing me to be your personal success coach, how would you want me to talk with you?
I’m all for asking honest questions and pushing out of comfort zones, but if I kept talking to you negatively, giving you a hard time, and using you as a verbal punch bag I don’t think you’d want to work together for very long.
So, stop doing it to yourself, speak to yourself the way you want to be spoken to, ask more positive empowering questions of yourself, encourage yourself, be your own inner cheerleader and encourage yourself to belief in yourself more.
For many reasons we often reach time a in our life when we doubt ourselves, when we lack belief in yourself and our own abilities, we feel that we aren’t good enough.
If that’s the case, it’s time to change that inner programme to one that is more supportive and empowering to allow yourself to believe in you, to believe that you are enough!
Remember you are a unique one of a kind and there is no-one in this world exactly like you, you are enough!
There’s a great quote by Mya Angelou – “You alone are enough. You have nothing to prove to anybody.”
Years ago, I heard a colleague and author Merissa Peer talking about, affirming and adopting the mantra “I am enough” and it’s something I’ve shared with many clients over the year.
It’s so simple and easy to remember and I encourage you to take this on, repeat it and affirm it to yourself, write it down, put it on your phone on your screensaver, and help change any negative programming and nurture a more empowering self-belief!
Watch as your confidence grows, and your world begins to change as you begin to believe that you are enough!
Don’t just take my word for it, do it and do it consistently and see what a positive difference it makes for you.
Go on be kind to yourself, love yourself and believe in yourself more!
And Remember, what your mind believes you will achieve – so think differently, believe in yourself, take action and you can achieve the life that you want!
