How To Get More Time In The Day

Do you have enough time?

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to be super productive and achieve and accomplish so much, where as other people seem to struggle with the simple tasks of day to day life?


In this video I’ll share with you how you can change your mindset around time and be more productive with your life!



Over the years of working with thousands of clients probably, one of the biggest complaints I hear, is regarding time, or more precisely the lack of time people feel they have.

I hear things like;

• There’s just not enough hours in the day
• If only I had more time
• I’m so busy, I don’t have time
• I don’t know where the time goes
• Time just flies by

Life can get busy and the demands of day to day life can get overwhelming, but this is also down to our mindset, our thinking and beliefs around time.

The reality is, we all have the same 24 hour in the day. You can’t create, or buy any more time, so it’s how we choose to utilise the time we have, to do the things that are important to us, and the activities that are going to move us closer to the outcomes we want out of life.

It’s also how we allow ourselves to react to life events that matter, life happens sometimes, things happen that we don’t plan for, but sometimes you have to be flexible and re-adjust, re-focus and get back on track.

But if you don’t set out with purpose, you can quite easily get caught up in the current of life.

In the absence of real focus and purpose, we find ourselves taking part in displacement activity and letting the day, the week, the year, life run us, rather than us running it!

So, to summarize, in order to get the most of our time we need to take responsibility for how we use it, we need to prioritize what’s important to us, then plan our time accordingly and create a plan of action to make it happen. But be mindful that we can and may need to re-focus from time to time.

Secondly the focus and language we use around time, impacts our mindset and the relationship we subconsciously have around time.

Once you become aware of the negative language you use around time, then you can start to change the quality of your thoughts, and start using cleaner more empowering language.
