What Are You Thinking?


Do you ever experience any unwanted thoughts?

I read recently that the average mind Has Up To 50,000 – 70,000 thoughts daily, and a very high percentage of those are repetitive and negative thoughts!

Whether this number is correct or not, that’s a lot of thoughts, but more importantly, when was the last time you choose what thoughts you were going to have?

How Many Thoughts Do You Choose Every day?

Unless you’re already aware and mindful of the power of your thoughts, or you’ve had any kind training, we tend to leave our thoughts to chance.

You don’t have to leave your thoughts to chance…


What kind of thoughts do you think?

Most people don’t intentionally think thoughts, or choose which thoughts they are going to have, they just let happen.

Now if you are thinking good, positive, empowering thoughts, or even neutral thoughts, that’s great, allow those thoughts to continue.

But if you’re having negative, unwanted thoughts, be aware that you don’t have to leave them to chance!

Thoughts happen like a butterfly moving from one thing to another, like a chain reaction, one thought leads to another and another and often continues to spiral and like I said, if they’re entertaining good thoughts that’s fine, but if you are thinking negative thought and worrying, you will often find yourself thinking about things that may never happen, or things that may or may not happen in the future, that don’t need your attention now.

So, become aware of your thoughts, stop unwanted thoughts, enjoy the neutral ones – you know the ones where you don’t really think of anything, just enjoying a few moments in the here, the now the presnet, or take the time to choose where you want your thoughts to go.

Knowing this, you can now start spending some time every day, reflecting on what you actually want. Even if it’s just for a few moments every day, do this consistently and see what a positive impact it has for you.

You don’t have to choose every thought, but by choosing some of your thoughts every day, you are deliberately influencing where you and your mind focuses your attention.

The quality of your life is impacted by the quality of our thoughts, so choose to think differently, stop leaving your thoughts to chance and direct them in the direction that moves you closer to the life and the outcomes you actually want.
