Hypnotherapy on 10 Years Younger

During the February 2021 lockdown I did some filming for the TV programme 10 Years Younger in 10 Days for Channel 5.

For those that asked where they can watch the 10 Years Younger episode, it is available on Channel 5 catch up, Season 3 episode 4, (my cameo appearance is about 20 minutes in).

It was great to be involved and it was a pleasure to work with the lovely Lucie and wow what a transformation!

It was also a pleasure to work with presenter Cherry Healey and the whole 10YY team.
