What Are Your Top 3 Achievements In Life So Far?
It was a year since I completed my first marathon, the 2019 London Marathon, it's incredible how quickly that year has passed.
This has to be one of my greatest personal achievements in life so far.
Often we can be so busy, or we get caught up with the current for day to day life, or stuck in the busyness of our thoughts and focusing on the things we haven’t done yet, that we don’t allow ourselves the opportunity to celebrate and enjoy or wins and achievements.
This is so important to our mindset, if we get more of what we think about, if we only ever give ourselves time to focus on the negatives, or beat ourselves up for what we haven't done, we are effectively programming our mind, to keep paying attention to these things.
Instead I encourage to take some time to focus on your accomplishments, the things you have achieved, the success you have enjoyed.
This is not to compare with anyone else, it is to simply highlight and acknowledge your own achievements.
One of the things I really enjoy when working with clients is to share in their success and achievements.
So, I thought it would be a nice idea, if you took the time to focus on your achievements and leave a comment on Facebook or Youtube, with your top 3 achievements in your life so far.
It doesn't matter how big, or small it may seem to others, if it’s an accomplishment for you, then share your success and achievements.
It could be anything from any area of your life.
One idea is to create a list somewhere of all of your achievements and the if ever you are having a crisis of confidence, doubting yourself, you can quickly remind yourself of all the things you have ever achieved to give you a boost. You can then keep adding to it, as you achieve even more.
